I uploaded new, old songs to my iPod and I remembered how much I love listening to this while working at the office, I think during my first few months at GPS. The video’s fun to watch too. DCFC don’t have much upbeat songs, so this might be my favorite danceable track from them.

Uh Oh – Taken by Cars

So, every month, I search and download for this 100-track indie playlist that is mixed so amazingly, I never had a problem looking for good listens since the first month I started downloading. So for March, I was suprised to see Taken by Cars included in the list. The list, FYI, always consists of American musicians and mostly Brits. And I totally agree with whoever came up with this month’s list to include this band. It was only when I saw this video on MTV when I learned that they were Pinoys. Lovin’ them, and havin’ a big girl-crush on the vocalist!

Somewhere In The Middle – Dishwalla

Good music for me, is magic. It surprisingly poofs right in front of you, like how a bunny comes out of that black magician’s hat. It’s a good thing especially when you’re in search for meaning or even when you just want to wee away from reality.

I just have to do two posts today because I was amazed how I just mentioned ’somewhere in the middle’ in my latest post just below, then I accidentally clicked on this vid by Dishwalla. Old school for some, but old is always good!

Is this about drunken love? All I know is that he fell down, not really sure if he was able to stand back again. And he’s lost. I think.

This one punches straight to your heart, quite heavy but the lyrics are really good. So lovin’ the husky voice (that’s why I looove Sarah McLachlan)
Almost lover? A sad truth. Not good to know that they really exist.
Just an advice: Figure it out man, lovers or friends? It’s hard to be somewhere in the middle! And if you don’t then here’s what I have to say:
